How do you eat fried eggs? My friend will rip his toast and dip it into the yolks and then eat what is left, I will fork up a bit of the whites, place them on my toast and eat it bite by bite until only the yolk remains and then eat them on the final bite of toasts

I'll put the eggs between the toast and make a toasted egg sandwich. With a small bit of kethcup. By Jesus you'd kill for it.

I'm sure this is common knowledge by now, but reminder: when you cook the yolk you are damaging the safe cholesterol in the yolk by turning it into oxidized cholesterol which you don't want in your body. So the preferred cooking methods do not cook the yolk, just the white.
I no longer fry my eggs as it requires more attention than I'm willing to put in, I soft boil via steam in a custom made steamer basket made from a silicone ice cube tray with a pin hole punched in the eggshell at the top for 6.5 minutes. Perfect runny yolk every time.

But reading the ideas here makes me want to experiment with frying again. I used to separate the yolk with one of those suction egg separators, cook the whites first, then dump the yolk onto the nearly cook whites to set them together. Too much hassle. Then I used to do a french toast variation where I'd break an egg over the toast sitting in the pan and let the white run off onto the pan but leave the yolk sitting on the toast uncooked. Also too much work.

Eggs over easy, dip bacon into yolk, then use toast to mop up the rest.

>Bottom Line:
>High-heat cooking can oxidize the cholesterol in eggs. However, eating eggs has not been linked with an increased risk of heart disease in healthy people.

Pretty sure high cholesterol is more of a generic thing and people without a predisposition to it don't have to worry about how much cholesterol they're putting in their bodies. Either way I'd imagine the average person puts way worse stuff in their mouth on a daily basis than a fried egg.

This is because nobody else has ever seen me do this. I eat fried eggs in complete secrecy. I am certain this is not uncommon. I've said too much already.

I burst the yolk and spread it over the uncovered corners of the toast with my knife. Enough remains in the middle to enjoy yolk with every forkful.

Whole egg on toast.
After yolk is broken with a bite, mop up the spill with toast+whites or with bacon.
