When I was a kid my parents ordered plain pizza from Dominos. Turns out it had onion on it, and young me hated onion.
Didn't eat Dominos for 10 years purely on principal. Same thing happened with Wendys a few years back; ordered there for the first time, asked for a burger with lettuce+tomato+onion and nothing else, got one slathered with mayo and shitty "cheese". Haven't ever been back, shame because the spicy nuggets look splendid.

I ordered something form a McDonald's at an airport and the staff there gave me someone else's order and I didn't check until I was on the other side of the airport.

Luckily it was a bigger sandwich than I ordered and had more stuff in it
