Egg noodles have protein brah.

Depends on what kind of /fit/ you are going for, but if you're going for cheap and healthy get milk and eggs, egg noodles, lentils beans rice (yah yah rice carbs), vegetables, and your cheapest price per pound meat filler keeping in mind the protein you can get from eggs and milk. Also, grab vegetables and hot sauce, hot sauce can make anything you fuck up edible.

Rice and noodles/pasta will be your main. Vegetables and salad are fairly cheap and most supermarkets will have meat which is about to go off which you can buy on the cheap, any veg leftovers can be used for stock or thrown together for some generic vegetable soup. Planning meals ahead and knowing how to use ingredients is better then cooking a massive batch of tuna pasta that you'll eat for a week, so investing in a few cook books for inspiration is a good idea.

My croatian grandma used to make Sug when we were poor. You need an onion, paprika, chicken and water.

>sautee the onion
>add chicken
>cook for a couple minutes
>add whatever seasoning you can afford
I like vegeta, it's miracle seasoning. It's the only seasoning they had in commie yugoslavia

>then add water, enough to cover it
>let it simmer for about an hour, two if you have time. Don't let it get to a hard boil.
Serve it on pasta, i use Barilla because they hate gay people. It's cheap as fuck.
