Do you ever drink the hotel coffee?

>> No.13071266

I doubt those machines are cleaned throughly or regularly they probably contain listeria or mould or something

>> No.13071274

>>13071255

The only time I did was when I woke up absolutely obliterated and hungover and lost my wallet somewhere the night before. I was starving and made every bit of coffee and tea in the room and drank it all.

I was fucked with the jitters and shakes waiting for a train home and just felt even hungrier. I got home and found my wallet at the bottom of my backpack.

Always, and I'm sleeping 5 days a weeks in hotel rooms. I usually don't take breakfast, no time and not hungry.

>> No.13071316

>>13071255
I do because I'm not a pussy.
If you're immunocompromised you probably shouldn't.

>> No.13071525

Yeah I drank it once, I stayed at a nice room in Oakwood, had its own kitchen and everything. It was good, the girl who came to see me liked it too.

if it's constantly being used like i imagine it would be in your home the risk of anything growing inside it is probably minimal. but hotels how do you know who the last person was to use it? how long has it been sitting there festering?

take 5 minutes boil some water and run it through a few times

How did you look presentable? You have to look like a typical salaryman business traveller to get away with that.

I had a library card still valid through a university in the city I work in.

Every day there was some sort of event going on that included food I'd just find out where it was being held and pretend that I just forgot my student ID but had my library card, signed up to some bullshit I had no interest in and got free breakfasts and lunches all the time. Saved a lot of money those six months.

Once, after my brother's wedding.
Woke up still in my suit next to a qt I could have banged if I wasn't black out wasted.
Needed caffeine bad and fuck paying 5 USD for a Starbucks.

>> No.13071692

>>13071576
I eat the breakfast when I'm traveling and staying in the hotel legitimately.
But I don't put on a damn suit to get breakfast. Unless it's a very fancy hotel everybody's going to be in a tracksuit and looking hung over. A somewhat clean homeless guy would fit in perfectly.

I work in a 3 star hotel, I think, (maybe 2) and housekeeping use strong chemicals to clean kettles frequently. So it all comes down to the standards they have.

Why do you think coffee is a morning drink? On top of just waking you up it also helps get the plumbing moving.
