I knew there were some cooklets here but damn. Whenever making curry with meat, you should all marinade the pieces of meat in full fat Greek yogurt and a combination of the spices that will be used in the curry. Overnight is best. Then before making the curry you should pan fry all of the pieces until they're golden brown on either side. It adds so much more flavor. And the fucks sake use thighs. Breast is the worst part

Takes no notice of the wankers OP. For quick restaurant style curries I strongly recommend you google Glebe Kitchen and follow the Indian restaurant technique. It’s what he’s developed / reverse engineered to be able to make quick curries by doing a lot of the work in advance. Read it.

I haven’t made the makhani but the five or six of his recipes I’ve made have been amazing.
