also the whole hallucinate thing is kinda wrong. it's not in the way most people think of. you don't like see things that aren't there. just the shit that is there has patterns and movements that are kinda impossible to describe and the most effect is what is happening to your thought processes and physical sensations.

Don’t love the plating, that style is kinda played out. But the actual centrepiece looks really good. I think if you did a more rustic style plating it would pair better wish such a rustic dish.
