Boil a pot of water. Put meat in boiling water for a minute. Heat kills bacteria, water washes the bacteria off the meat. Transfer bacteria-free meat to roasting pan, fry pan, wok, toaster oven, what have you. Dump water full of dead bacteria out the window.
