I have been thinking about this subject for quite a long while, and I've decided to ask /ck/ - Food & Cooking, my question that I direly need to be answered.
Today, I took a small dose, a sip some might say, of coffee, just like any other day, bright early in the morning, but then, after I placed my dedicated coffee cup on my living room table, I started to ponder on whether or not this caffeinated drink was healthy for humans. Many studies have shown both sides of the coin, some say coffee has a positive effect on the human body, and some say coffee is dangerous, and is the cause for many diseases. These fluctuating facts often confuse me, and question if my daily cup of joe would actually help me all throughout the day, after all, I've been drinking this bad boy for years by this point, and I doubt I can live without it.
After thinking about the potential effects of coffee, I finally formed an idea that might possibly support the claims of the positive or negative effects of coffee. I thought to myself, "Why don't I start up a thread all about my issue on /ck?" So here we are, I want, no, need to learn the truth about my daily source of energy, (mixed with the finest creams and sugars if you are asking) and so I decided to ask you guys this.
Is coffee good for you?

you can, just quit cold-turkey
>Is coffee good for you?
Doubtful. If studies have shown both sides of the coin, why be a testing rat? Refrain from alcohol and have a healthy sleep pattern and you won't need it at all. You may even try intermittent fasting for better transition.
