I love onions so much I can’t stop eating them everyday, maybe I’m addicted and I have no problem with that. But my friends hate my smell they always comment that I’m stinky and sweaty is it because of the amounts of onions that I eat! (3-4 whole onions per day) pic related is my breakfast

Yes, onions and garlic cause bad BO. A lot of spices come through your sweat. Generally people are not going to like the smell, but certain diets can make you smell appealing to some members the opposite sex. It's all really random. Only fix is heavy deodorant use, which is generally not good for you (The natural deodorants are not as effective) or a diet change. I eat one onion and about two garlic cloves a day, when I don't I notice it.

I too think onions and other alliums are super delicious and have had similar issues with people (wife, mother) complaining about the smell. I'm not really sure what to do since I do love them and don't want to cause discomfort but I also love onions abd garlic and want to eat them frequently.
