I fucking hate to pull out the lungs and heart. Kinda tough.
Gonna roast it with herbs and dijon mustard.

Yeah, made it with carrots and it was nice. My granmother used to cook rabbit in preassure cooker with loads of onions, smoked pork meat slices and black peper. Brilliant.

>>13004461
It’s pretty lean meat that likes seasoning a lot. Just like chicken.

Also have liver and kidneys. They are my favorite parts.

So I am gonna let this faggot marinate in some dijon mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary and olive oil. Maybe around 30-45 minutes.

It’s gonna take some time till I post actual result. Hope it’s worth it. My friend Keeps them for meat and leather, so I choosed two and killed them. They are pretty fatty so they shouldn’t be dry after some time in the oven. Last time this recipe came out perfect.

I shoot bunnies around my place in the winter but they're rather stringy. I've tried stew, roasting, etc. Grilled with a Greek yogurt marinade worked best for me.

It depends but I guess 1 1/2 hour will be enough. I always keep an eye on it since it’s very easy to dry the shit out of rabbit.

It doesn't taste of much at all. Certainly no delicacy.
I eat rabbit and hare somewhat regularly because I can just walk outside and shoot them. If I had to buy it at the store I wouldn't bother. There's a reason all the good rabbit stew recipes call for bacon as well as rabbitmeat.
It's slightly gamey but not very much.

Rabit starvation is about eating nothing else but rabbit. It causes malnutrition because rabbits won't supply the fats and vitamins you need long term.

I never dared going for the shroom high. People talk about revelation and introspection etc. and I just don't want that. There's nothing nice hidden inside my head I'm sure.
A nice opiate nod or a red wine buzz does nicely for me.
Or the rare meth high if my place needs cleaning.
