There are only two ways, discipline or removing the temptation. You will probably have more success with the latter. If you do IF, don't have any food accessible that can be eaten without preparation.

Drink more water. ice water preferable. Fill stomach with starch or fiber. Fiber Pills/Metamucil are almost calorie inert. Caffeine will suppress appetite. Smell of grapefruit oil will suppress appetite.

Gotta start somewhere anon. Build the control first, generally fatness comes from lack thereof. Then when you can keep to the eating period you can have temptation around. But starting with a kitchen full of packed snacks and 100+ calorie beverages is setting yourself up to fail.
