Can I drink skim milk instead of water?? And would it be a good idea

Sure, why not? Just remember to watch your calories.

No. Milk contains a lot of sugar and will make your bones weak, contrary to propaganda.

Osteoporosis numbers are directly linked to milk cunsomption, but if you don't believe me just pick any research paper on the subject.

Probably won't need to eat as much protein or carbs either. Even just a half gallon of skim milk will give you 64g of protein which is about enough for a sedentary person.

That’s because they eat oxalate and phytic acid-rich foods which prevent calcium absorption.

Op here, I work out 6 days a week, and keep my diet in check (lots of protein, and skim milk is my only source of sugar), so I'm mostly just worried about things like what >>12987377 said with health risks. I'm trying to do my own research but it's nice to have the opinions of others to consider

Milk gets scrutinized a lot for multiple reasons but it's probably not an issue if you aren't lactose intolerant or have a casein allergy. The lactose in milk shouldn't really be thought of as "sugar" in the same way that refined sugar is. Lactose doesn't spike your blood sugar in the same way, and milk also won't be digested as quickly as something like a soda.

Just listen to what your body is telling you though. If you start to feel like you're forcing yourself to drink more milk, it's probably not a good thing. Otherwise as long as you compensate for the calories/protein/carbs, it shouldn't be an issue. You also don't have to entirely replace your water intake with milk to get some benefits from it either.

Nope. There is no statistical significance of that. You’re far more likely to get broken bones from lack of Vitamin D

Neither of them really have that much caffeine. Cup of black tea has about 50mg and a can of Coke has 29mg. Pretty low. They might hydrate better due to having some more minerals and sodium than plain water.
