I made a thread about kibbeh once. Some Amerilard looked it up on Google and said he wasn't interested as it was just "some meatball". They're hopeless.

Kek, its christians arabs introduce it here. Its really sad, first worlders just think arab food is just homus and coucous.

I sometimes go to a restaurant that serves kibbeh and sfiha and other types of food like that. they are really fantastic. you can get some hot apple tea and a large plate of all sorts of delicious foodstuffs like kibbeh and borek to share with friends, as well as all the chickpeas and eggplant you can eat it's really good.

my mouth is really watering right now

I'm American and there are two Lebanese restaurants and one Lebanese market in my city that have both of those. With all three being quite popular. I agree they are good.

>> No.12984772

If you like Kibbeh, I strongly recommend that you try pumpkin kibbeh if you ever have the chance. I don't mean kibbet lakteen, this still has lamb in it.

I don't know what the Arabic name is for it, but it is common in parts of South Lebanon.

Kibbeh sounds nice but very work intensive for what I might expect to taste. I might order it at a restaurant but making it myself seems prohibitive.

Middle Eastern food is probably the most underrated cuisine in the world, right now, all because of American propaganda.

There’s been no american propaganda for anything but tolerance, the middle east is underrated because they’re being occupied by whites who keep going to war with them to protect their interests.
