Garlic is literally the greatest ingredient of all time for ANY savory dish. I have never in my life cooked or eaten anything with garlic in it, and said to myself "Man, that's just too much garlic".

The only way to have "too much garlic" is if you're literally just eating raw garlic.

If you have garlic, salt and pepper, you can make nearly any non-fruit delicious.
