What happened to balanced diets? Why the fuck is everyone retardedly picking ONLY MEAT or NO MEAT or NO CARB or ONLY CUM? The whole point of a balanced diet is to get the best nutrients out of all categories of food. Now theres retards withering away eating kale and retards eating rotten meat. Absolutely fucking dumb how these people need to cling to something to feel special
>inb4 no such thing as a balanced diet
Yeah dumbass obv nobody ate a meal like in the schoolbooks with a glass of milk, some chicken and broc, an apple, and a slice of bread. You eat throughout the day and hit all your nutritional values that way

people doing only meat and similar variations are doing it in order to achieve a specific goal with their body
people not eating meat are doing it because they are emotionally unstable

everyone in between are just regular people who are cool with being kinda dumpy and skinny fat, and that's fine

They never existed in the first place. Nutritional science is very new and in constant flux as we learn more about what our bodies crave (that mineral), the genetic composition of food and its effects, etc. And that's not even going into the political element of food choices which is an argument no one wants and very few people really understand (thanks Earl Butz).
