Not sure about you anons, but it’s like pulling teeth to get really thin slices of something like salami. I often get ham “chipped” as they call it, basically super thin slices, and I get a dirty look from the deli attendant about half the time I request this.

Well depends what type of meat im getting of course.

If i get a emulsified meat, i like P&P Loaf or Pork and beef bologna

If i get ham, i love a sweet virgina ham, or a nice high quality cooked ham.

Now if im getting turkey, i usually go with a low sodium turkey, something skinless and plain, or a jerked turkey.

For chicken, i like buffalo, thats a solid choice for more chicken lovers.

And as for cheese, i always go with a plain high quality white american cheese or a jalapeno havarti, what about you cold cut : connoisseur?
