Probably. Kind of tough to tell without seeing the inside, but it's probably good. If it's coming apart in sort of flakes easily, then it's cooked.

I personally don't unless it's like a dried fish. Definitely not on salmon, that layer of fat between the skin and the meat's kind of gross and overly fish.

Okay, I didn't want to eat it if it was raw thanks guys.

Tastes pretty good, not even that fishy. Maybe a bit longer next time, I did 20 minutes at 350F, might do 25 minutes next time.

Get a thermometer if you're that worried
Salmon is generally fine a bit undercooked. The parasites inside the flesh are usually edible

this is why you should take everything on /ck/ with a giant grain of salt. An extra five minutes tops at 350F wouldn't have dried the salmon out and would have made the texture and taste better.
