Any of you guys have experience making continuous stock? Just got a big crockpot and am interested in making bone broth to freeze. I'm finishing off my first round of bones tomorrow. Do I just add new bones and water after straining? How long should I use the same aromatics?

Second question: approximately a week at the longest. I generally refresh after 3 or so days.
