Because for every local theres approximately 100 sandniggers with their harem, screaming germans, fat ameritards and groups of disgusting subhuman chinks in the streets. Too many foreigners, too many fucking tourists. It's constant chaos, at least 20 different monkey languages can be heard in the subway at any time.
If you want to visit France, don't go to Paris. Paris is a mistake. Go visit litterally anywhere but Paris and Marseilles (also known as North Algeria)
