not bad for a first tortilla imo, but because I fucked up the tortilla at first, that missed up my timings for the tomato and jar sterilisation so these slow roast toms aren’t properly jarred. they are heavily salted and will last a few months refrigerated if I don’t eat them all by tomorrow.
