Im a 30 years boomer and ive been in the industry off and on for most of my 20s.. Ive lived all over the US doing kitchen work and i have gotten good, but not fine dining restaurant owner or executive chef good.

What do? The work is gonna catch up to me eventually and i wanna settle down with a woman my age. School? Niche industry thing? Pastry school?

I absolutely love the work but it cant last forever.
