I eat a lot of fruit, and I guess I drink some sweet drinks, it's mostly aspartame. I drink huge amounts of black coffee, could that do it?
My main meals are quite varied but my main protein is usually chicken and lentils, carbs are grains fruits and to a lesser degree vegs, and fats are olive, nuts and coconut. I do eat eggs but I'm not sure that me eating less of them will change things. Also I've always hated most condiments.

I don't eat pastries and butter often. I only drink milk when eating cereal, which is quite rare(averaged out maybe 1 time every 2 weeks.) The cereal is muesli when I do. I use cream in meat stews literally once in a blue moon.
I'm 26. Didn't get exact numbers, just called doc for a blood test result after getting a case of low blood pressure and light headedness, they couldn't figure out why, but told me my cholesterol was too high and I should try to lower it.

Ask to have a particle test done. You're getting calculated LDL levels, which are basically an estimate and mean almost nothing. My cholesterol level was in the lower 200s before I ate better and got fit and still is regardless of what I do or eat, even over long periods. Funny enough, high calculated and low particle counts gives the lowest incidence of heart issues. Ignore these tards going on about your diet, it would only remotely matter if you were sedentary.

Lots of little things make one big thing. If she eats dairy products, eggs, butter, palm oil, fatty meat etc ... it all adds up.

Regardless of the cholesterol eggs still contain saturated fat as well and all saturated fat except true stearic is hypercholesteric (only dietary source of that is Shea).

You can argue how healthy it is, but a whole food plant based diet is a sure fire way to lower cholesterol.

I am absolutely real. I eat about 1300-1500 calories per meal, but only 2 meals a day (2 huge meals) because I have an OCD thing about being full. If I'm not full, I don't feel satisfied and I get cranky. I can't simply "snack". I drink coffee (2 cream, 2 sugar) until around 2-4pm. Eat a giant meal at that time. Then eat another giant meal between 8-10pm. Every day.

I am completely inactive. I work a computer (art) and generally sit on my ass for 16 hours a day. I actually have tennis elbow right now due to repetitive strain from using the mouse for extended periods of time for 30 years in a row.

My family health history is exquisite. No history of heart disease or cancer or allergies or basically anything at all, and that might play a role in my endurance.

I know my lifestyle is shit and I will probably die in 2 years regardless, but for now, my health is strangely holding up.

The doctors don't usually say anything. And I've thought about this alot. I don't know if they've just given up on preaching to fat people or what. And coconut oil has a shit ton of saturated fat to the point it’s actually way worse than butter.
