my gut bacteria doesn't know what to do with dairy
it simultaneously gives me diarrhea and constipation, like the shit is purely liquid but also trapped in there as it slish sloshes around until it finally decides to come out
it's a very uncomfortable and honestly disassociative feeling, like my intestines are squirming around or displaced and the weight of my entire body shifts with them. i don't feel in control. my head goes blank and in place of it is either a stir craziness due to my bones feeling like they're brittle and literally full of shit, or an uncontrollable desire to move and sing.
it only happens when i eat cheese or drink milk, yogurt seems to have no effect.

how do i stop eating pizza bros i can't disable myself like this anymore

try what >>12892057 says. have a tiny bit of milk or cheese every day, and slowly increase the amount you have each week. i had trouble digesting lactose after cutting dairy out of my diet for a while, but that method fixed it.
