That's retarded, that's not methanol.
There was story in the English news a few years ago where some Russian gangsters were substituting ethanol for methanol in fake branded stuff. To me it seems like it would cost more to do that than just sell the real shit in the first place, but then I'm not a sketchy Russian.

There's a face on that tomato looking whimsical at the fact Britain will have no more tomatoes, or any food other than UN relief rations for that matter, after no deal brexit.

Id ditch the mushrooms and add some fresh cucumber strips instead. I would also remake the eggs with salt and black pepper and fry them in some oil, since those eggs look really bland.
What sausage is it? Just a standard pork one?

as long as the amount of ethanol is greater or equal than the amount of methanol then it's irrelevant anyway. both ethanol and methanol compete for binding sites in the liver, ethanol has a higher binding affinity than methanol, therefore if you ingest methanol independently and then ingest ethanol shortly after or you ingest a mixture that is predominantly ethanol with some methanol you will be fine. the ethanol will take priority in binding and the methanol will not be able to. methanol is only dangerous when it is metabolised but for it to be metabolised it has to first bind in the liver. if ethanol is filling the binding sites then methanol cannot bind which means it cannot be metabolised into it's poisonous metabolites which means it is harmlessly erected in urine.

He's referring to a UK teen who recently went blind a deaf because all he ate was chips/fries, crisps/chips, white bread, and processed meat.

At least the full English breakfast has beans/tomatoes/mushrooms. That kid also only went partially blind, and it was because he was given vitamin supplements but didn't take them for years. And the blindness isn't permanent if you don't let it keep progressing.

You were the one that brought up methanol laced cocktails. OP is about the full English breakfast, which has nothing to do with the article you posted. The first replier commented that he should be careful that he does not go blind, obviously referring to a fresh story out of England about a teen going blind by only eating a few foods.
