I don't have a picture of it because I ate it before I knew it was the best steak I'd ever had but it was cooked in a pan in its own rendered fat. It was perfectly seared at about 420ish pan heat. Seasoned after the fact with celtic sea salt and 4 corn peppercorn.

It was insane, and I've grilled everything, reverse seared at 800f, the works. I couldn't believe what I was tasting. Use the right cooking fats and you'll get a perfect steak.

Pan Au Jus or nothing, that's easily corrected. Deglaze with distilled water in the tsbp range, put in a dipping dish or just pour on the steak. Scrape the fond off.
