If given the option my last meal would be at a rural buffet. Probably not a Chinese one and Cruise Ship Buffets ain't a big enough improvement to be worthwhile.
My usual meal at McDonalds are four fucking mcdoubles I'm gonna eat in one sitting and one of my most common meals at home are just two packets of ramen with little broth, and no added spices or vegetables besides the packet.

It's my go to drive through snack with iced coffee for a appointment across town or when I'm out of town stopping on an interstate, where I don't want any crumbs on my nice outfit and clean eating fingers in my car. I LOVE the taste of char, maillard reaction, extra-crispy anything. There's a fine line where something can be overcooked (chicken gets woody easily) but often I can push past that and overovercook it (like when the outside of grilled chicken gets almost plasticky, jerky-y).
I want my burger well done. Other meats are different, but I had a wannabe-snob look down his nose hearing me order a well-done burger as if I was asking them to burn some prime rib to a crisp or whatever.

I don't deseed my tomatoes either, I like to dice them up and toss with salad mix, and the extra juiciness helps add moisture to the salad, less dressing necessary.
