Chicago is okay but its way different from ny and detroit. Believe it or not im gonna go with massachusetts pizza. Theres a place called h&m grinder that incorporates the crust of detroit style with the thickness of chicago except instead of just cheese (unless you order a cheese pizza with no toppings) you get a fuckin assload of toppings. Im talking pizza ratio of 30% crust 10% sauce 30% cheese and 30% toppings. Little place owned by some like 9th gen american italian family. Fuck i miss that place.

It's kind of a cracker-like crust made without yeast and the sauce is pretty sweet, which is shitty in its own right
But the real abomination is the cheese, Provel. It's a processed cheese made of swiss, provolone, and white cheddar and closely resembles Kraft singles

If you want an approximation, take a saltine, squirt some ketchup on it, and put a piece of a Kraft single over it, Microwave for 15 seconds, consume, and curse God
