Went out today with nothing on my stomach and got a huge migraine. It went away after eating.

I usually avoid breakfast, especially if it has a lot of carbs, as it makes me feel sluggish for the next few hours

Only women and gays eat breakfast.

Not usually, but I've been sick this week so I'm having a bagel and some orange juice to hopefully not feel so run down

>> No.12852529

I can’t find anything to eat for breakfast that isn’t starch, pure fat, oil, or sugar so I oftentimes end up skipping it

I never eat breakfast. I think it all started with not wanting to increase the odds of having to shit while not being at home. Anyway I don't eat any breakfast for over a decade now. I actually really enjoy the feeling of an empty stomach. Feels kinda clean and lean.

It wasn't "a meal" that I missed, it was breakfast. Prior to it, I had eaten about 12 hours earlier.

If you need to cut out meals entirely to keep fit, chances are you're a fat fuck yourself.

That guy is right though. It's not normal to get a migraine from skipping breakfast. It's normal to get one if you don't drink enough, maybe that was it.

there's a difference between being hungry and getting a full on head ache. even if you fast for 12 hours. getting a migraine is definitely not normal.

Only on vacation. When at home I strictly eat between 12pm and 8pm.
For some reason fasting while in a different time zone is impossible for me to do

I think I used the wrong word.

>a recurrent throbbing headache that typically affects one side of the head and is often accompanied by nausea and disturbed vision:

That's not what I had. I had a mild head ache, that was all.

Noon can neither be am or pm, brainlet. Look up what those words actually mean.
