Whenever I season my chicken and throw it into my pan to cook it all the season just falls off

How do I keep my seasoning sticking to my chicken breast?

Blast a load of cum on it first, that'll make it nice and sticky so the seasonings adhere.

Are you adding water or something? There's no reason for the seasoning to fall off.

This is one of the stupidest questions i've seen on /ck/

I know this is /ck/ and more than half of everyone on here are complete brainlets that can't cook for shit, but you must be literally retarded if you can't manage your spices to stick to your chicken. How is that even possible?

The only advice I can give you is this: kill yourself

allright, bud. listen here. im not one to mess around with, and trust me i have a substantial sword collection. i know what i am doing, i have been having insane mans bone seizure for a couple of days now and i am telling you how to cook your chicken now. you roast it.

Coat the chicken with mustard, or some oil. That will keep the season on the food.

Make a blend of knorr stock cube and oil and make a paste. Massage the paste into your meat. It doesnt wash off! And it makes for a better taste.

Mostly unavailable. Garnish it after its done cooking. And with chicken breast you definitely want to marinate it first.

it shouldn't, but assuming this isn't a meme post. Coat it in oil first, use some salt as well(SOME not a ton), and dont throw it in immediately, let it sit in the seasoning for a little bit.

My only guess I'd that he's using precooked chicken or something, or is applying it in a really retarded way, like dumping a tablespoon of spice and watching most of it fall to the floor

pat it dry.

>> No.12844421

Use som edible cooking glue like Elmer’s in the marinade, really the only way.

i've never had this issue. inevitably some will fall off and stick to the pan. you can deglaze with wine or broth and make a sauce with that.

or

season the chicken while it's raw and let it rest for about 15 minutes. this helps the seasoning stick.

? How bout a nice pan source ?

>> No.12844496

Marinade it

>> No.12844501

Anon you are physically rubbing the seasoning in with your hands right

>all these meme answers telling op he is retarded but nobody explaining anything
I'll tell you the truth op. That always happens. You're not supposed to season it before cooking, just use salt like 30 min before then when it's done cooking you add the spices.

>> No.12846130

>>12843870
i think you just need to put more seasoning on to compensate, or make it into a sauce like the other poster said

Brine your chicken, deglaze the pan right at the end for color and flavor. Use thighs because they’re more flavorful and more forgiving
