Anyone exploring the wider range of canned fish?

I found that herring in tomato sauce (or better still, tomato and pepper sauce like pic related) on buttered rye bread is the tits, sprats are great with rice and mackerel is a great and fishier alternative to tuna when making a salad.
Also, where I live they sell entire smoked mackerels and that stuff, with rye bread and some fresh onion, is the dinner of kings.

These are pretty good but not easy to find. As well as rye, these sauries, or sardines, or herring are also really good on garlic bread.
