For me, it's canned mackerel filets wrapped in lettuce, the best low carb recipe.

We're interested in food, not nutrition. They may be related, but there's a huge difference.

Poultry
Red Meat
Fish
Pork
Smoked or Dried Meat
Eggs
Spinach
Kale
Broccoli
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Green Beans
Peppers
Avocado
Asparagus
Brussel Sprouts
Carrots
Onions
Zucchini
Squash
Olive Oil
Herbs and Spices

You can make almost any high protein low carb recipe with these things, I would also supplement some fresh fruit and stuff like butter or [real] cheeses. I also recommend including things like whole grains, rice and beans because carbs are an important macronutrient, if you want a low carb version of a recipe just use half of the rice called for, double the meat, etc.

DON'T FORGET YOUR VEGGIES.

Drink more water, buddeh.

Either eat a low carb diet or a high protein diet. There's no sense in eating a high amount of protein if you don't eat the necessary amount of carbs to increase caloric intake to actually build muscle.

If you're trying to do a ketogenic diet, you're doubly retarded as 3 of the 5 foods you just listed contain carbs meaning there is no way in hell you're even close to ketosis. If you somehow manage to reach a state of ketosis and have a protein rich diet to boot, your body is going to start eating away at it's own muscle.
