I’ve seen that in Tijuana before, one or two dudes just paying for a mariachi band to play at full blast just 3 feet away while they chillax at the beach. Or 3 or 4 mariachi bands playing for different people all within about a 30 feet by 30 feet area, the combined racket sounded like shit. Plus they go on for 30 minutes.
