“Now melts”

>> No.12763680

>>12763458
Because the cheese solids in the bag are not from a single source, and are instead are a conglomerate of different sources combined via enzyme activity, it is not legally permitted to be labeled as just "cheese". The contents in the bag contain no artificial chemicals. The product solves two problems: putting excess dairy from various plants to a productive use, and getting cheese in the hands of the less wealthy citizens. It's not great and it's not gourmet, but it contains all the materials of other cheeses, and the only foreign compound you could find in there are potentially trace growth hormones from the animals. The animals involved with this process can not reliably be determined as rBST free given the nature of the cheese product's origin.

Whats the point though? We have super cheap and available cheese here in europe that even the poorest can afford. There must be a way to solve the problems you list in a different way that actually results in something you can actually call cheese.
