It looks like a spectacular omelet except, for one thing, you haven't beaten the eggs very well. In the right half you can clearly still see a piece fo egg white, otherwise well done.

Make a normal omlette except you beat the piss out of it when scrambling and fold it and take it off the heat a minute earlier than normal. Suddenly your normally rubbery omlette is creamy and delicious
