I made salmon, spinach, and cream cheese wrapped in puff pastry for some relatives I was visiting and it blew their minds. I thought it was ok, but I am glad that my grandmother ate all of hers. She hasn't had much of an appetite lately and is showing signs of dementia.

I made this for my other grandparents as a Christmas gift. My sister and I helped them assemble a dinner party for friends. We were able to prepare a lot of things at our respective homes and then transport them to grandparent's house to be cooked, heated up, and plated.
