How do you like your Ramen noodles, what is your dream Ramen to try also?

I like them overcooked with crushed black pepper and a drop of Blair's Ultra Death Sauce in it.
Not really sure why I prefer them overcooked to be honest, I just always do them for like 3 times longer than it says to.

I have two favorite ways I eat instant noodles
>shrimp flavored noodles with mackerel and shrimp added to it
>vegetable flavored noodles with added beans, nuts and sliced vegetables
Don't really eat noodles anymore but when I was a student those were very enjoyable low cost meals.

They're only a couple of euros for a big ass bag and you only need a fairly small amount for a bowl of noodles. It makes a 50 cent meal into a 1 euro meal but the difference it makes is worth it.

I make a conconction of different asian sauces (for example chilli and garlic sauce+hoisin sauce) add frozen peas and thinly slices carrots and onion while it's cooking and mix it all up and then add sesame oil at the end. I like mine soupy but my boyfriend pours the water out and has them sticky.

diced green onions
spinach
leek if I have any
a bok choy leaf

Poach an egg to add to it, I dont use the flavor packet, just ad some of pic related, along with some garlic and onion powder, little bit of ground ginger, black pepper, salt, etc

then I look at what I did disappointed in myself going "why not just buy some actual fucking noodles to cook up instead of doctoring up a shitty ramen packet like this"

On a lighter note, I love instant noodle flavor packets but far as I know they're ridiculously jacked up with salt.

I use Maruchen.

I boil the water and add the seasoning and ramen like normal. In a pan I add a spoonful of curry paste, sautee chicken mushrooms, green onions, julienne carrots, baby bok with seasoning. When ramen is almost done but slightly undercooked I drain it and add it to the pan with a cup of the ramen water, mix it up and throw it all in a big bowl.

i only ever have it 2 ways, 2 packs of chicken for both

4 1/2 cups water to boil, add 1 flavor pack to water, mix, add both squares of noods, once they are both tender turn off heat and add in whatever left over protein, usually chicken(wings) or pork(steak) and start pulling the noodles to make them slurpable.

when i dont feel like drinking broth as to become full....
just under 3 cups of water to boil, add packet, add noods, add either leftover chicken fat and meat or a raw egg and a couple anchovies, turn off heat and put a lid on it, let sit for 4-5 mins, drain, add 1/2 of the second flavor pack and stir, squeeze enough sriracha to cover the bottom of the bowl i use, a couple dashes of so.ysauce and spin the bowl until they make a sauce, add noodles, garnish with chili flakes, green onions and black pepper

I went about 6 months ago. It used to be that the line stretched around the corner, but now they have a ticketing system. You rock up at ~8am and purchase a timeslot ticket for 1k yen. You then return about ~10m before your time, line up, and they'll let you in to choose a meal from the vending machine, and then they'll refund you your 1k yen. I just got the first item on the menu, the most popular one. After that you go outside again and wait for another 5m or so. Pretty good experience for michelin star food.
