Red Barron used to have an awesome deep dish breakfast pizza singles but they don't make it anymore like they used to. it was eggs cheese bell peppers and sausage. and it had a lot of eggs now they have way less egg and they don't have vegetables and the bread comes out chewy instead of crisp and fluffy.

I actually just made one an hour ago and it was fucking great and really easy
>score and oil up tortilla, preheat oven to 425F
>saute some italian sausage, garlic, onions and mushroom medley
>bake tortillas on a baking rack for a couple minutes
>spread pizza sauce on, sprinkle oregano and italian seasoning
>shredded mozzarella
>basil, sausage, onion, mushrooms on top, spread out evenly, sprinkle a bit of salt and pepper on top and a light cover of cheese on top
>bake for another several minutes until the cheese is melted.
Fuck messing around with dough, a tortilla is so much easier. Didn't take a photo, but it looked similar to this. So fucking good.
