When I make chicken in my instant pot, I use a shit ton of spices on the chicken and about a cup of chicken stock as a base. At the end, I'm left with a super rich and spicy stock.

Is there anything special I can do with this stuff? I feel like such an idiot throwing the majority of it out. Should I cook veggies in it? Ramen? Can I turn it into a gravy?

Garlic, salt, lemon pepper (or lemon powder), paprika, chili powder, and then usually a hot sauce. Heavy on the spice, generally up until the maximum point where flavor turns into pain.

Enjoy. 1-2 cups of chicken stock (or whatever stock you want really) is what I do, just eyeballing it. Then pressure cook for however long I need to for the chicken parts I'm happening to do.
