That isn't how anyone else thinks, and the coffee wench always leave some space so you're not spilling hot coffee all over your knuckles.

However, if you just say "No," "No room," "(Just) black please," or something to that effect, and maybe "As close to the rim as you can" you'll probably get what you're after, then you can do what you want with it.
