You caught me. I actually was going to portion this out and then make veal parm after but the grocery store didn't have veal. So we're eating chili tonight. Girl went out to buy a loaf to make garlic bread to eat it with so I won't be pulling for another 30 minutes probably.

However, raw onions are perfectly fine on chili. But I love chili dogs as long as there is only onions and no cheese.
