Last time it was on the menu was back in 2010. BK's trying to do the whole memory hole marketing tactic. They marked up the price as well. They used to be 2 for 99 cents.

He's been a liberal soyboy for too long. That's his body rejecting something that isn't advocados or soy milk for the first time in years. It's sort of like dealing with a severe alcoholic, his body doesn't know how to get proper nutrition anymore and lacks the digestive enzymes.

You can have him eat meat and dairy a little at a time until they come back, or I believe there's inexpensive supplements you can buy. You could also talk to your doctor, and go with him so he doesn't lie, about how he's damaged his gut flora and can't digest 4oz of meat anymore.
