Highschool dropout here
I was looking for a decent pizza dough recipe and i want the perfect dough to water ratio for consistency
But how the fuck am i supposed to translate this into quantity?
>All-purpose or bread flour: 100% Salt: 2% Instant yeast: 1.5 % Water: 65%

It seems like that list doesn't add up to 100%, sure you're looking at the full recipe? Sometimes they hide the second part after a story about their grandma or something

replace the "%" with "grams"

Opps i think i got it
First you figure out the amount of flour and then the rest is based on that quantity
So if i do a 200g dough, i'll use 4g of salt, 3g of yeast and 130g of water

>So if i do a 200g dough
meant to say 200g of flour
