280 bacon with potatoes and coke. Or replace the 280 Bacon with "Le M". If there's neither on those because you're not in a country where they are or at the time when they're not on the menu, then nothing is patrician.

Only thing I'd consider ordering at that point would have been a quarter pounder, but it's not even available anymore in my country, they dropped it off the menu.

The double fillet? No, they use the same fillets sitting in the heated tray regardless of the fillet sandwich you've ordered. Every menu item has been setup in a way that the line doesn't actually have to "customize" anything at all. They pick from the same ingredients and base meat in the containers and trays. Patties are constantly going out, so ordering meat that's been sitting in the tray isn't as bad as ordering fillets since no one ever orders them. When they do, they put together a sandwich using a fillet that's been sitting there for hours.

My order varies. Usually get QP with cheese for a burger. Don't usually get a side, but I like the hashbrowns more than the fries so I'll get one if I feel like it. Or a 4pc McNugger. Unsweetened iced tea to drink. For breakfast its hard to beat the McMuffin combo with a coffee, still can't decide if I like the original or sausage mroe. The tendies are pretty good too. Still need to try the McChicken, is it just a meme or is it actually good?
