I've always been low energy, can't say exactly why. Maybe it's depression in my childhood maybe something wrong with my hormones or diet. Either way is there something I can do with me diet to try to get my energy levels to a normal level?

You are probably fat, lazy, out of shape and unemployed.
You just want to justify your immense caffeine consumption with shit like this

A range of foods with high in vitamin B might be a good start. But maybe you're having trouble processing vitamins at all, in which case... I used to know this. There's an aspect of your diet which can help make vitamins more bioavailable, but I've forgotten.

there's no magical food that will fix you. try a bit of caffeine, tea/coffee. do cardio exercise. if you have excess weight, calculate your required calorie intake and eat below that.

Im not fat, I haven't excersied in a few months but I look casually fit. I'm 183 and weight 75 kg. My BMI is 22. I always gravitate to rest and passive activities both physically and intellectually and I generally lack energy and concentration.

I checked out a list of vitamin B foods and I barely eat any of them and I have cravings for them I usually ignore. So you're probably right, thanks.

Well, you need to tell us what your fucking diet consists of

Sure but it's pretty unstable. I eat breakfast whenever I get up. It's either a sandwich + coffee, a pastry + coffee or just sweet coffee (2 teaspoons of white sugar). Lunch is usually a meat (pork or poultry) + starch + salad and for dinner I have fun cooking and I cook whatever is most interesting to me at the moment. Late at night I also eat some leftover soups or stews with buns or bread.

Sounds somewhat normal, maybe eat less sugar and less meat. Also your bread should be whole grain bread since white bread is essentially just sugar

sounds normal, and since you already have coffee there's not much to add. you should get enough vitamin B from veggies/salad.
probably not your diet. genes matter, blood pressure matters. some people are naturally low energy

Btw when I say it's unstable I mean there are times when I get up at 6 A.M. and times when I get up at noon so the hours at which I eat are all over the place, not sure if that matters.

try not eating late at night. your sleep schedule adjusts to your meal times, eating late is a signal to your brain that "there's gonna be food at 10pm" so eventually this will program your brain to stay awake at that time—and get up late to make up for this. also it is said your digestion stops during sleep so eating something before bed is simply inefficient. ideally you want to fast for several hours at the end of the day.
try always eating breakfast at your ideal time, e.g. 8AM, and don't eat past 6PM. this way you can make your schedule more stable
