How do I brine chicken for making fried tenders? The way Chick Fil A and Raising Canes tenders are super juicy, mine are okay but damn I need some tips to step it up

Image not related btw not sure if that matters

put a bit of vinegar into your brinewater and some crushed garlic
don't overdose on the vinegar or it will fuck your chicken

No. Brining a chicken breast already injected with a 10% by weight chemical saline solution and tumbled is already brined. Attempting to brine again will do nothing except flavor the outer skin. Do you even cell osmosis? If you want to brine, you need minimally processed, preferably air chilled instead of fecal soup chilled. Don't waste time brining factory farmed and processed "chicken."
