this is wrong though, it's worse compared to most pans

I never wash my cast iron, I just wipe it out and it never leaves my burner. How do you consider taking it off the stove and waiting for a machine to clean it then taking it back out to be the lazier alternative to cast iron?

I saw this posted on /pol/ and it looks like you saved it from there
Also CI doesn't even have even heat distribution, look at infrared images of hot pans

>what's the best alternative to cast iron for someone lazy like me
Cast iron that isn't coated needs to be often used, so the oily residue doesn't go sticky or even oily rancid, or humidity contributes to rust, especially on the bottom. LeCrueset is the most known of the coated cast iron. It offers more nonstick and less reactive coating, so that you can freely use it for items containing acidic sauces like tomatoes or kraut. They aren't dishwasher safe, but, it's not that much needed. If you add hot soapy water to a dried on stuck on fond at the base of a cast iron or ceramic coated cast iron, it's softened up mess that easily washes out with the right scrubby sponge. A plastic brush, dobie coated sponge, or light duty scotch brite sponge are all just soft enough but grabby on those bits of fond. Dawn cuts grease something fierce.

If you don't want to deal with your mess after dinner, park that pot in the oven until tomorrow and deal with it on the next night's dishes, again, just hot soapy water. You can even heat the pan with hot water and deglaze it with a spatula to loosen up bits.

For dishwasher safe, neither, because there is always going to be some part that isn't properly coated and can rust, a seam along an edge, or whatever memory the ceramic can take on with the bleach content of dishwasher powders. For dishwasher safe, I'd consider some old fashioned corningware visions or stainless steel items with good handles, ie nothing hollow or pieced plastic handles that could loosen with tightening, or else trap bacteria.

Non-stick of course. Everything else is just meming for fun. Non-stick is what everyone here actually uses, except for a handful of pretentious hipsters and some paranoid schizophrenics. They have their own reasons, but they can be ignored.

Absolutely. Nonstick pans are the go to for pancakes, crepes, pot stickers, every type of eggs, grilled cheese or griddled sandwiches, and a nonstick for pots of rice. People who claim they don't own one don't cook every meal or use far more oil than the average nutritionally minded person.

Just get a teflon one and wash it manually it's easy, like gassing jews, if it happened, which it didn't.
