I've been to the coffee bean and tea leaf a few times. It's basically just a Starbucks clone, but it's not even cheaper. At that point why not just go to Starbucks?

As for Jollibee, I've been to all three of their national fast food chains (Jollibee, ChowKing, Greenwich) and they're all shitty.

I want a giant female worker Jollibee© to sting me in the ass with her modified ovipositor stinger. You’ll realize that jollibee is located in Asian neighborhoods across US. And right next to Jollibees are all the boba shops. Boba sells. But under one condition that it must be in an area where people tend to walk more. Since they like it on the go. All the fancy sit down boba shops and tea houses went out of business. They realize that in the US most people prefer to drink as they go. Means the business must have less overhead and aesthetics, less detail oriented and must adapt to fast pace. All the boba and tea house entrepreneurs closed down and opened in areas with busy sidewalks. Lots of pedestrians. Have you seen Starbucks drive thrus?
