It's kind of like spicy tomato sauce almost like spaghettios sauce but with some heat. I still have a bottle but I haven't eaten any since last year. I wanted to try their green sauce and the spicy mayo but they keep selling out and I keep getting poorer.

Little too strong on the cumin for my taste; cumin tastes like feet to me. It OK on Tex-Mex though, since that'll already have plenty of cumin.
