Looks like a salad course to me, not a whole dinner. I'm not really a fan of the "assemble your own" dishes. In this case, I don't really think you could get the oil and vinegar in the shot glass to be enough of a vinaigrette to dress the salad well. Also, those red onions look to be raw, so there's way too many of them for this salad. Maybe if they were pickled...

That's a stretch.
To me, it looks like a complete joke for a picture because the onions are dangerously perched on the dirty end of a stemmed glass.
Also, that amount of vinegar and oil would dress about 6 cups of salad greens, and since they're not emulsified, the user would be forced to pour it all out, completely flooding their plate, or else only the oil.
