if because you are "not hungry" so you dont eat enough to get all the energy your body needs so when it finally burns through the little you give it it starts needing food fast

basically just eat when your hungry, not at predetermined times of the day that make no real since when you really think about it

I tried… but here's the deal: I have had extremely fucked up sleep schedule which went out of control for years. like, one week I wake up at 9, go to bed at 1; next week I wake up at 11, got to bed at 3; after that, wake up at 1, go to bed at 5; and so on, up until I go to bed at 1PM and the cycle resets. I couldn't fix this in many years no matter how I tried. I tried waking up with alarm, in the end I never went to sleep earlier, got sleep deprived and my brain turned off.
but now I'm done with this shit. I'm going to rid of it for good. I read your meals affect your sleep cycles, and I used to eat at night. well, not anymore. I'm not eating past 6 anymore, and I wake up at 9 and go to eat immediately. so far this has been working ok.

I've been doing one meal a day for a few months now. I lost stomach but I never really weighed much to begin with so I wasn't exactly looking to lose weight. And the amount of time you don't have to spend eating on 3 separate occasions is amazing.
>spend 30-45 minutes eating one big ass meal for dinner
>spend 0 minutes on breakfast
>spend 0 minutes on lunch
>food almost always tastes insanely good by the time the next dinner rolls around
I wish I did this my whole life.

actually I wasn't really staying up late. I even tried turning off all devices and going to bed at 11pm, but I never could fall asleep. in fact my lifestyle is pretty standard and boring, but still it kept happening year after year. also caffeine fucks up my clock quite a bit, although I only drink tea. can't go without it though, gave it up for 2 weeks but my sleep schedule still got fucked up and I felt like shit all the time.
